Jenny’s ELC Winter Valley is coming soon to a vibrant and welcoming part of Ballarat, offering high-quality care and education for families in Lucas, Winter Valley, and Sebastopol.
Our thoughtfully designed centre will include large indoor and outdoor areas, with a beautiful internal piazza to create a bright, spacious environment for children to explore and grow.
Winter Valley will work closely with The Arch Centre in Alfredton, ensuring our passionate and dedicated educators thrive in their careers while remaining part of the Jenny’s ELC family. Together, we’re here to support the growing Ballarat community.

The centre will deliver high-quality care and education to families in Lucas, Winter Valley, and Sebastopol, conveniently located to serve these vibrant communities.
Thoughtfully designed, the centre features spacious indoor and outdoor areas, including a large internal piazza, providing children with a sense of freedom and connection.
In partnership with The Arch Centre in Alfredton, Winter Valley will ensure exceptional career opportunities for educators while maintaining the warm and experienced team that Jenny’s ELC is known for, strengthening its support for the Ballarat community.

This program incorporates skill-building and social skill development that prepares your child for the transition to a school program.
Pre-Kindergarten Program
Our program supports each child’s confidence and aids in the comfortable adjustment into Kindergarten and formal schooling.

Seasonal Food Offering
We love fresh produce. We use locally-sourced ingredients to prepare meals that are nutritious, fresh and delicious with varieties that considers the needs of each child including allergies.

Jenny’s provides a fantastic service to families. We have two children in attendance and they both love going! The staff are second to none. They provide an educational, fun and safe environment for the children and we highly recommend this centre to anyone requiring care for their children.
